What:
This program examines the various elements of business phone management. From the greeting to the closing line, good phone skills make a positive impression on callers. How to handle on-hold calls, what to do when customers arrive in person while on the phone and how to conclude a call with a talkative customer are all topics for discussion. In addition, tips for a successful message on-hold and powerful voice mail scripts are offered. How to determine the best choices for your firm and proven methods to get employees to buy-in are a part of each session. No limit on class size.
