What:
Designed around the four tasks a typical counter sales person is asked to perform: answering the telephone, recommending a product, locating a color and solving a problem.

Using professional telephone techniques is the cheapest way to improve your business image. Construction of common PBE products like sandpaper and body filler is clearly explained. Using both spectrophotometers and printed chip books to locate the correct color is taught. Mark's eight-step method to handle a complaint and proven solutions to common paint problems conclude the second day. Maximum class size 28 people.

Where:
Meeting room with space for "U" seating OR classroom style. Overhead projector, screen, white board, required.

When:
Wednesday-Thursday, Thursday-Friday or Friday-Saturday. Significant time is saved by catering lunch in to the meeting facilities rather than departing to a remote restaurant.
